Terms of Use

Last updated June 16, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dosomtin. By creating an account, signing in, or using dosomtin, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

dosomtin helps users connect with friends, organize circles, plan events, and share posts. These Terms explain the rules for those features and for user-generated content, and they include important provisions about safety, moderation, disclaimers, and liability. Please read them carefully.

1. Who may use dosomtin

You must be at least 17 years old to use dosomtin. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use dosomtin only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

To help keep younger users safe, dosomtin uses the date of birth you provide to age-gate certain people-discovery features. You agree to provide an accurate date of birth and not to misrepresent your age.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account.

2. Your account and profile

You agree to provide accurate account and profile information and to keep it reasonably current. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone else without permission, or use dosomtin in a way that misleads other users.

You can update your profile in Settings and may request account deletion from Settings at any time. Deleting your account may remove or anonymize content as needed to operate safety, moderation, audit, or legal processes.

3. User content and license

dosomtin lets users create and share profiles, activity rankings, circles, events, invites, posts, photos, comments, reactions, and other content ("User Content"). You keep ownership of User Content you submit, but you grant dosomtin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and to grant this license, and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, spammy, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on dosomtin. Objectionable content includes, without limitation, content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, defamatory, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity.

Every post, comment, and profile can be reported by long-pressing it and choosing Report, and any user can be blocked from their profile. Blocking immediately removes that user’s ability to interact with or be seen by you.

We work to review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior promptly and act on them — removing the content and, where warranted, suspending or permanently removing the responsible user. By using dosomtin you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and that violating this policy may result in immediate removal from the service.

5. Safety, events, and real-world plans

dosomtin helps people plan activities with friends, but we do not supervise events, verify every user, guarantee attendance, or control what happens offline. Use good judgment when meeting people, sharing your location, or attending events, and meet in public places when connecting with new people.

You are responsible for complying with laws, venue rules, age restrictions, safety requirements, and any commitments you make to other users. You attend events and interact with other users at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse dosomtin, including by scraping data, probing security, disrupting the service, sending spam, uploading malware, exploiting other users, evading moderation or blocks, or using dosomtin for unlawful activity.

You may not use another user's personal information outside dosomtin without their permission, and you may not collect or harvest information about other users.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit distribution, suspend features, disable accounts, or take other action if we believe these Terms, our safety expectations, or applicable law have been violated. We may take these actions with or without notice.

We may review reports, preserve related records, and cooperate with law enforcement or safety partners where appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to operate and protect the service.

8. Third-party services

dosomtin relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, push notifications, identity providers, and device platform features. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Changes to dosomtin and these Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of dosomtin at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above or showing an in-app notice.

Your continued use of dosomtin after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using dosomtin.

10. Disclaimers

dosomtin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant the conduct of any user or the accuracy, safety, or legality of any User Content, event, or interaction arranged through dosomtin.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dosomtin and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or harm arising from offline interactions or from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of dosomtin and its operators for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use dosomtin in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless dosomtin and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of dosomtin, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any other person or entity.

13. Termination

You may stop using dosomtin and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to dosomtin at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses you have granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and the general terms below — will survive.

14. Governing law, dispute resolution, and arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Informal resolution first: Before starting an arbitration or filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the email below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

Binding individual arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and dosomtin agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of dosomtin will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, by video, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve all issues, except that a court (not an arbitrator) will decide the enforceability of the class-action waiver below.

Exceptions: Either you or dosomtin may (1) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (2) seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual-property rights or unauthorized access to the service.

Class-action waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

30-day right to opt out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by emailing us at the address below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms. If you opt out (or if the arbitration agreement is found not to apply), the state and federal courts located in Ohio will have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

15. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and dosomtin only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for dosomtin or its content. Your license to use dosomtin on Apple-branded devices is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for dosomtin. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to dosomtin; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any purchase price paid, and Apple will have no other warranty obligation.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to dosomtin, including product liability, failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or third-party claims that dosomtin infringes intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on dosomtin infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a notice to our designated agent at the email below. Your notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears in the app; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid notices consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including by removing or disabling access to infringing material and, in appropriate cases, terminating repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information the DMCA requires.

17. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and dosomtin regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, but we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
